The Fine Print

What to expect with your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically completed within 7–10 business days. Because each item is personalized and thoughtfully handcrafted, additional time may be needed during busy seasons. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your order with pickup details.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional $15 and are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on availability.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each item is personalized and made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Payment

Payment may be made through Zelle or Venmo. Payment details will be provided after your order is submitted, and your order will be confirmed once payment is received.

Care

Spot clean as needed and allow to air dry. Do not machine wash. A light fabric protectant is applied to each sash upon completion.

Color & Design

Thread and fabric colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and material availability.
